Returns & Exchanges

Below your will find all the information about our returns and exchanges policy.

1. The item is free from any marks and the tags are still attached.

2. The item was not purchased longer than 30 days ago.

3. The product can be returned in line with our returns and exchanges policy.

4. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, however if exchanging, we will re-ship free of charge.

5. Include your order slip in your return parcel. If you have misplaced this, please include a note with your order number and name.

6. If you are returning from the EU, any duties that have incurred on your order will be deducted from your refund. Please add a comment to the outside of your parcel before returning that states 'Taxes and Duties are paid'.

7. Items must have been purchased from racesafe.co. If you have purchased your item from one of our stockists, please contact them.

  • Items purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for return. 
  • Items must have all tags attached. 
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags intact. 
  • The product is not from our custom range. These are made to order and non-returnable unless there is a fault with the product.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving a return.
  • Return costs are non-refundable.
  • Racesafe are not responsible for any returned items until they reach our warehouse.
  • We recommend using a tracked or signed service and keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage. 
  • For hygiene reasons head wear and socks are non-returnable for a refund or an exchange. Please double check sizing before purchasing or contact our team. Contact details can be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page. 
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Please refer to our separate gift voucher section.
  • If you are returning Internationally, any duties that have incurred on your order will be deducted from your refund. 

If you feel you have received a faulty or damaged item , please follow the standard returns process and state ‘Faulty/Damaged item’ as the reason. Our returns department will request a photo of the issue to analyse, if accepted you will receive confirmation and a shipping label via email, you can then proceed to package items up and return to us as normal. 

Please note refunds are only eligible within 30 days of receipt. Your item must be deemed faulty within 90 days at the discretion of Racesafe Ltd. We are happy to offer a credit note or exchange for the faulty or incorrect item within this time frame. Please be aware that any general wear and tear will not be deemed as a fault.
