Really pleased! We had a hat cover (stretch) made and it was exactly what my daughter wanted. It’s very well made and a perfect fit for her jockey skull cap!
Tested these over a four-hour ride in Wales at the weekend and they were great, comfortable, robust and with a handy picket. Quite a close fit so maybe don’t order a size down :)
The back protector fits under my usual riding jackets which is so comfortable , lightweight and doesn’t feel in any way restrictive . Fabulous !
Recommend very careful measurements. Thankfully, customer support willing to help. Also, generally these products difficult to find for larger male riders. But the X-LG fit great! Take care when dismounting. Can scratch a saddle if you slide down. I was concerned that the bulk of Beta Level 3 would be a concern but it does not affect my riding at all. Really a great purchase, great look, excellent product. The best I’ve found. Was told the companion air vest not available for X-LG. Not a major concern for me, but would like that option in the future.
These are perfect light weight breech. Excellent fit - high enough in the waist with a comfortable snug fit - for the first time I won't have to wear a belt. The material is opaque with plenty of stretch and support. The beige colour is great - just what I have been looking for. I have the feeling this won't be the only pair I buy!
I purchased this as I had a nasty fall a couple of weeks ago and hurt by back and cracked few ribs etc. I didn't have my normal RaceSafe body protector as was doing flatwork and bit restrictive. Decided to invest in a MotionLite and it is awesome. So comfortable you don't know you are wearing it. Highly recommend
Following a bad fall from walk, which resulted in 3 broken ribs, I thought I ought to look after myself a bit better. Who else would I choose other than Racesafe.
The Motion Light is super comfy (even with 3 broken ribs) and beautifully made. It is snug, but doesn't move and you forget that you are wearing it.
I had a discount code which I forgot to use when ordering. I emailed customer services after the order had processed and I was given a refund for the discount - great customer service and great hat silk.
Brough a new Racesafe on the Friday. XC Schooling on Saturday and took a little tumble. Canister went bang, horse didn't react (WIN !). Ordered new canister on Sunday. Arrived Tuesday. Great product and prompt service with easy to use website. Recommended.
We wanted the iconic silk hoops for eventing and racesafe did not disappoint! Gorgeous hatsilk well made that is much admired. We went for baby blue and white… my only advice is don’t select white as the base colour get your base and peak coloured so it doesn’t get dirty! Can’t wait to order another!

I brought a brought a race safe Motion light a couple of weeks ago and now I wear it every time a ride! I feel safer without the heavy weight body protector. It’s light weight feels means I can comfortably wear it all day, riding many ponies.

I replaced my racesafe body protector because of rule changes at riding club level. I'm so happy with my new one it is so much lighter and comfortable. I forget I'm wearing it most times it's fab on hot days too it's not really sweaty. I bought the shoulder pads too which are easy to get on and off. I love that I'm protected if we part company and so comfy too.
The body protestor is the best I’ve had so far, light, won’t even notice I’m wearing it, looking professional and soooooo comfortable, allows you to move properly and I’m really feeling safe with it
Bought the new body protector to keep up with standards and also the custom silks. They fit so well and look great, so easy to put on and off, and wash when they get muddy too!
I ordered the colour mauve, thinking it was more on the pink side but it’s definitely a lilac colour. I actually prefer it and people compliment it all the time!
The Motion 3 body protector is very light and fits perfectly. The quality seems very good.
Due to the lack of a good local reseller, I ordered the Motion 3 online. However, due to incorrect measuring, it was too small. This was resolved very professionally after good contact with customer service.
With the National Governing bodies updating the requirement's for differing PPE including Body protectors to compete at BE and feel safe doing so I needed to replace my previous Racecafe Body protector which I already considered to be light and comfortable.
As a 6ft male rider fit can be difficult and often I have found body protectors to be uncomfortable and restrictive.
I contacted the Race safe team and they were able to make subtle changes and give advise and fitting to ensure my product was well fitted.
It is so light and comfortable, far beyond my expectations.
